Obituary - Henry Beatty, Sr.. 68 years old, father of Arthur Beatty, of Huron, died Tuesday morning at his home on Kelleys Island. He was a retired grape grower. Except for 13 years spent in Texas, Mr. Beatty had lived all his life on the island. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Emma Betzenheimer; three sons, Henry, Jr.. Leslie and Orle Beatty, all of Kelleys Island; six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Community Church on the island and a burial was made in the island cemetery. |
