Note

The Erie County Birth record and the Ohio, Certificate of Death give two different dates of birth. The first states the date 10 December 1899, while her death certificate states 9 December 1899. The reason why is easily explainable when you consider that someone else is providing the information for both birth and death to the parties responsible for recording data.
